At Mystery Shirt in a Box, we want you to love your surprise kit; however, due to the mystery nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or significantly different from the size ordered. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and must include the original tags and packaging.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your mystery shirt is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our team at support@mysteryshirtbox.com with your order number and a photo of any defects or the size tag mismatch.
Ship It Back
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label; simply pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a new mystery replacement box.
